Presentation at CAPIC Legal Seminar on U.S. Copyright Law for Photographers

Attached is a copy of a presentation that I recently gave at an event sponsored by CAPIC (the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators).  The theme of the event was “The 2014 Legal Landscape for Creatives” and the focus of my talk was on important developments in U.S. copyright law for photographers.  I addressed key cases such as Prince v. Cariou, Morel v. Agence France Presse, and the Alaska Stock decision on copyright registration.  DPL Presentation for CAPIC (2014-06-17)
